Capacity building

The ENCISS programme aims to build the skills and capacity of grantees and others to help achieve impactful projects and a healthy, vibrant civil society in the long term.

ENCISS has three key objectives for capacity building:

  1. Improve the technical capacities of grantees to design impactful projects and programmes, produce budgets and manage finances and administration.
  2. Strengthen the knowledge and expertise in accountable governance activities such as budget monitoring and issues such as gender, corruption and human rights.
  3. Enhance the organisation and operations of grantee CSOs.

The range of planned capacity building activities will include annual information sharing sessions, financial and project management training and technical assistance.

Details of our capacity building programme will be published on this website so please revisit regularly.
